How business hours are counted
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Central Time, excluding holidays. Only time within those hours counts toward the 8-business-hour offer window. Time outside those hours, on weekends, or on holidays does not count.
For forms submitted outside business hours, the offer window begins when business hours resume. If the window spans more than one business day, the remaining hours continue on the next business day.
Your choice
Submitting the form does not obligate you to accept an offer.
